A "should be" iconic hybrid grape of Trolinger and Riesling parentage - it's so damn aromatic! Floral, fruit salad of bright green apples and pears. This wine dances on your tongue with electric acidity and bone dry, fresh palate. Pair with whatever you’re eating or doing. Grown on a little farm in the Shuswap Lake area. Fermented in Stainless Steel, and bottled young. A racy 9.08g/L of Tartaric Acidity.
